Local Delivery Service

We offer a local delivery service option at checkout for customers whose shipping address is based in Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding areas. The local delivery fee varies depending on your distance from where we are based (Newcastle upon Tyne) and is automatically calculated once you have entered your shipping address at checkout. Alternatively, you can click and collect your order for free.

The postcode areas we deliver to have been categorised and priced as follows (some postcodes may have been grouped with a different area group to where it technically belongs to based on proximity to our location):

Newcastle upon Tyne & Blaydon - £2.00

NE1, NE2, NE3, NE4, NE5, NE6, NE7, NE15, NE21.

Gateshead, North Tyneside, & Blyth - £3.00

NE8, NE9, NE10, NE11, NE12, NE13, NE16, NE20, NE22, NE23, NE24, NE25, NE26, NE27, NE28, NE29, NE30.

Northumberland - £3.50

NE17, NE18, NE19, NE20, NE39, NE40, NE41, NE42, NE43, NE44, NE45, NE46, NE61, NE62, NE63, NE64.

The local delivery service runs Mon - Fri and we aim to deliver your order within 2 working days.

​

For those of you who live in South Tyneside and other places within the North East that haven't been listed above; there may be a possibility of those areas being added to our local delivery service depending on how demand accumulates in these areas in the future.

​

For now, everyone else whose shipping address does not meet the local delivery criteria will have their order shipped to them via the royal mail postal service and can expect their order to arrive within 3-5 working days.
