About Us.jpg

My name is Caroline, I'm the founder of Sweet Serenity Ltd., and I would like to share a little bit about us with you all; how we began, what we stand for, and what we hope to bring in the future.

I started creating soy wax products after attending a candle making class in 2018. I fell in love with the craft and after receiving consistently excellent feedback from my creations, one thing lead to another and the idea for Sweet Serenity Ltd. was born. After a couple of years of research and dedication, whilst overcoming some personal setbacks, and collaborating with the whole family to finalise every last detail of our brand, the idea finally became a reality and Sweet Serenity Ltd. was officially launched in May 2020.

We are a small family run business based in Newcastle upon Tyne dedicated to being kinder to the planet. We strive to be more environmentally friendly in every aspect of our business and personal lives by keeping our single-use plastic and non-recyclable waste to an absolute minimum and using natural vegan and eco-friendly ingredients in all of our products where possible.

All of the packaging and labelling that we use is either reused, recycled, recyclable, or compostable, and completely toxin-free. We also try our best to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible by sourcing the vast majority of our supplies from UK based companies.

Sweet Serenity products are hand-poured in Newcastle upon Tyne using the maximum scent load in all of our products in order to achieve longest-lasting, highest-quality, and most potent scents possible. We only work with the finest quality organic wax. Additionally, we only use environmentally-friendly mica powders and biodegradable glitters to colour and decorate our products. And of course, we are fully CLP compliant!

We are hoping to expand our product list gradually as our business grows and will keep you all updated with news about any upcoming trials and additions to our collection of hand-poured luxury organic products. Stay tuned as we will be looking to get honest feedback from our trusted customers during the trial stages of any new products.

We would also love to hear your feedback or suggestions on anything Sweet Serenity related so please do not hesitate to get in touch via email:

And finally, if you have purchased from us we would really appreciate it if you could spare two minutes to leave a review on our Facebook page as reviews are so important to help small businesses like ours grow, thanks in advance!
